SHIPMENT DURING COVID19

Dear Customers, 

During this global pandemic we ask that you continue to have patience with us. 

Normally we send all parcels to the post office one day after order was placed. However due to shortage of staff both in Anaaqa and in the post office, we have had to limit ourselves to posting only on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. 

We still aim to get our First Class packages out the next day, as long as they're manageable.  

If you placed your order after 3pm on a Monday, please note it will be sent out to the post office on Thursday. If you order after 3pm on a Thursday, your order will be sent out to the post office on the Monday. 

All standard UK shipping have an estimate arrival time of 3-5 working days once shipped. We ask that you give 7-9 working days before raising an enquiry.

 

We have had many customers query about their parcels not being delivered in time. Among investigation we found that local Royal Mail offices are delaying people’s deliveries. 

If you’re concerned that your parcel is missing, please first call you local Royal Mail office to see if they’re holding it. You do not need a reference number to do so, simply state your name and full address.
